Boundaries first! All Portrait sessions, solo or or couples', have boundaries that keep all of us comfortable. We're shooting boudoir, not erotica or pornography, which means 
NO extreme focus on bare genitals (vagina, penis, or anus). NO penetration of genitals. 
Full clothing with belt and shoes is welcomed, all the way down to TASTEFUL nude. Tasteful nude will be similar to implied, with minimal exposure of genitals. That's just about it for me. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns regarding this guideline!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
I prefer to work with “fluid posing” rather than trying to find one specific shot/angle. This means that I’ll demonstrate the look I’m going for, then ask you to slowly copy me. I shoot during the slow transitions for wonderful candids. I will be asking you to take LOTS of deep breaths, make different facial expressions, and stretch; all with very specific direction!​​​​​​​
Typically, bed poses are included in a gallery. Here's a real good one: You know how you throw that pillow under your knee at night? That’s basically what we’re going to do - with or without the pillow - just depends on the session! Booty up as high as we can while laying on the hip, tummy down toward the bed, and hands in your hair and around your face. 
So many ways to shoot this pose, and I do move all around you. 
To change it up a little: Roll over totally on your back, facing the ceiling, hands in the hair, and take a deep breath in! 
I wasn't lying: posing is a whole lot like yoga lol ;)
Sitting on the floor and leaning up against the bed is another great pose to work with! Knees bent and different angels, toes pointed, hands on the thigh or in the hair or in your top’s straps, and deep breath in.
Let's take some of this posing to the wall. We have a few to chose from. Press your butt to the wall with your shoulder blades and take a deep breath in. Take your hands from your hair down to your outfit, then your thighs.
Turn around and put your elbows on the wall above your head, stand up on your tip-toes, and take a deep breath in! Throw your head back and tousle your hair.

Scoot to the edge of your seat, cross your legs/ankles, feet up on tip-toes, & take a deep breath in! Put your hands in your hair, grab your shoulders, move them down to your knees. ​​​​​​​
